A recent article on USAtoday.com, reported that dermatologist Steven Feldman believes that endorphins, aka the body's "feel good" molecules could be to blame. He says that endorphins are released in response to UV light creating a destressed, more relaxed feeling.
Stuart Gitlow, an addiction specialist, disagrees. He believes that there's a big difference between overindulgence in a bad habit and an addiction.
